Hotel Diocleziano

I made a last minute booking on the day and stayed over night with my mother and 1 year old son. The staffs were very welcoming and accommodating. They offered to keep the luggage for free after check-out and it was a big help for us to roam around Rome for hours. The hotel is very accessible to Roma Termini station which is one train ride from Florence and to the airport. We were also able to use buses departing from and arriving at Roma Termini which costed us EUR1.50 only to visit famous tourist spots in Rome.

Very helpful staff like Lorenzo, Crystal and one more who helped me with taxi booking. They tried their best to make me feel at home. Do not book the economy room. No aircon. In summer, it’s terrible and stuff. I was told the whole building is like this. That’s not true. Things were a lot better in level 2 Appreciate the hotel’s good service

Hotel is near Termini station so you can walk to the hotel if without luggage. Room is clean and with enough toiletries. The place is also near restaurants so have plenty of place to eat. Only that the elevator is not up to lobby floor so need help of receptionist to help with my large luggage for few steps down the stairs. Overall it is a good stay in this hotel.

I checked in yesterday, and I was extremely disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. There was hair all over the bed, which clearly indicated that it had not been cleaned properly. Even more concerning, when I lifted the bed sheet, I found visible blood stains and what appeared to be urine stains on the mattress. This is completely unacceptable and raises serious hygiene concerns. To make matters worse, today, while I was resting in my room, a hotel staff member entered the room without knocking or asking for permission. I was inside the room at the time, and this unexpected entry was a serious violation of my privacy and made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe. This experience has fallen far below the standards I expect from a hotel listed on Agoda. I kindly request that Agoda investigate this matter and take appropriate action. I also expect a fair resolution and appropriate compensation for the unacceptable hygiene conditions and the breach of my privacy. I have photos documenting the condition of the bed and mattress In addition, I reported these issues to the hotel reception immediately. Unfortunately, no meaningful action was taken. My concerns were ignored, and the hotel failed to resolve the cleanliness issues or address the serious privacy violation. Despite informing the reception, I received no appropriate response or assistance, which made my experience even more disappointing.
