    Property is good and walkable distance to ooty botanical garden. This is inside city, don't expect good nature surrounded by it. The property is in very narrow road , so commuting is liitle problem , though they have car parking facility. The property is slightly expensive for what it offers. otherwise its clean and good,

    Great location spacious room and aesthetic garden , courteous staff . Blindly go for it. Minor cons :- Room heater is chargeable but they have written upfront about it so no issues.

    Pros: 1. Hotel is very close city centre. It is at walkable distance to Moddy's, city shopping centre and Botanical Garden. So, you can park your car at the hotel and walk to these places. 2. Staff is courteous. Cons: 1. Hot water is available only after 6:20pm in the evening. So, if you reach the hotel before that, then you have to wash yourself in cold water which is really inconvenient considering the cold weather of Ooty. 2. The wardrobe handles were broken. So, I was finding it difficult to open the wardrobe. I have attached a pic of the same. 3. Wardrobe had only 2 thin and clumsy hangers which are not sufficient and didn't serve the purpose. 4. Breakfast was pretty ordinary for the price tag (Rs 12,700 for 2 nights). The idli was hard and the curry was very spicy but without any taste.
