    Caretaker is quite courteous and helpful. Hotel is newly built so everything seems really new and fresh.

    We stayed here for a week, and it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences we've had. The breakfast was delicious every single morning, and the warmth of the hosts and everyone here truly made the stay special. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. It never felt like we was just a guest—it felt like being part of a family. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Ooty. A room with such a good hill view with a peaceful and loving environment.

    Our stay for 2 nights was pleasant and a wonderful experience. Mrs. Kamala the Owner of the property is very courteous and took care of very well. Home cooked food was a good add on.

    Pros: It was clean and calm. Caretaker was helpful and responsive. Cons: Some basic facilities like toilet paper and body wash were not available with them. And there was a leaking flush in the toilet.
