    We only stayed for a night and it was a rainy day. Because of the well equipped amenities within the hotel, we were very satisfied esp we got the rejuvenating Spa service and the peaceful ambiance. The hospitality is extraordinary, every staff there is very attentive to help you and taking the initiative to serve us better. One minor advice for all customers who follow JAIN diet, better to inform the reception staff who will follow-up your specific needs

From the moment we stepped into the property, there was an undeniable "feel-good" factor that resonated through every corner, driven entirely by their significantly upgraded and impressive standards of hospitality. ​ ​The commitment to guest satisfaction clearly starts at the top. A special note of appreciation goes to the General Manager, Mr. Anant, whose leadership is perfectly reflected in the flawless execution of service across the property. His presence and attention to detail set a remarkable benchmark. ​We were also incredibly impressed by Ankur, whose warmth, sharp professionalism, and proactive approach made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. ​The housekeeping staff deserves immense praise for their amazing service. The attention to detail was immaculate, and every small request was met promptly with a genuine smile. It is rare to find a team so thoroughly dedicated to guest comfort and pristine presentation. ​Dining at Azrak was an absolute highlight of our trip. The food experience was incredibly sumptuous—each dish was beautifully curated, bursting with authentic, rich flavors, and served with flawless grace. It is a must-visit culinary gem. ​ ​Saraca Lucknow has truly raised the bar.     First impressions of the hotel - interiors, ambience, rooms - simply stunning . Food was amazing including the breakfast, however the F+B service was terrible as well as Slow and all 5 of our rooms had plumbing issues and 2 non working bar fridges .
