Everything went of super smooth. The ever smiling Reception staff at the time of Check In and Check Out were found to be adequately representing the Customer Focussed Corporate Culture. The food ordered was outstanding by any standards. Smaller let ups were the Air Conditioning in the Room and premises. And, the Coffee maker in the Room. It is besides the befitting culture, that at around 0930 am on 10 Mar at the breakfast time in the restaurant, some one perhaps the F&B Manager visited the place, and, rather than meeting the Guests to get a first hand feedback, chose to settle scores with the Chef and the Cooking Staff. Needs proper redressal.
