    I regret the decision I made to stay at this hotel. Although it was advertised as a 3-star facility, I found it to be far below even 1-star standards. I booked a deluxe room, the most expensive option, expecting uninterrupted amenities, but I received none of that. Additionally, the staff treated guests as if they were outsiders, which was very disappointing.
