    The location and rooms at this hotel are genuinely good. Clean, spacious, and the garden area are great. However, the hospitality was a major letdown. Staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. Checkout took long time despite no queue. In restaurant the serving plates where not clean. No one greeted or smiled at checkout and check in,it was a bad experience. The property has real potential, but service standards need serious improvement for the price charged.

    Rooms were quite old but team has maintained the best cleaniness around. If you like staying in old villas / cottages which has history - opt for this. I am not too much fond of it though. Food were tasty and staff was working hard to provide the good service. Lawn is beautiful, best part of the resort

    The property boasts an excellent location that truly stands out, offering good value for the price. However the cleanliness and housekeeping left much to be desired , and the amenities were quite limited. Staff service was below expectations, which affected the overall experience despite the prime setting.
