    We booked this stay through Agoda and were happy to get the sea-view room we requested. The complimentary breakfast was good, and overall we had a pleasant stay. However, some of the room fixtures were rusty, and the jacuzzi stand felt unstable, which affected the overall experience. Overall, we were satisfied with the stay, but considering the amount we paid, we expected better maintenance and value for money. Rating: 3.5/5

    Rating: 2.5/5 We stayed at Ideal Beach Resort for 4 days and 3 nights, booking both a Seaside Villa and a Deluxe Room. The biggest disappointment was the constant disturbance. During the first two days, there were corporate events, making the resort crowded, noisy, and limiting access to several facilities. For the remaining two days, preparations for a wedding continued until around 9 PM, with around 50 workers setting up the venue. The loud metal banging and construction noise made it difficult to relax. The rooms and bathrooms feel old and are not well maintained. The linen and towels also need improvement. The breakfast buffet has a good variety, but the taste, especially the South Indian dishes, was average and did not meet expectations. Overall, while the location is good, the lack of maintenance and continuous event-related noise significantly affected our stay. We never truly felt like we were on a vacation because of the constant disturbances throughout our visit. The resort should better manage the guest experience when hosting large corporate events and weddings. Based on our experience, it felt like the management prioritized large weddings and corporate events over the comfort and experience of regular resort guests.
