    I went in with very low expectations, largely because of the reviews and everything else I had read, but the experience turned out to be quite the opposite. After a very tiring day, they were kind enough to give me an upgrade, which was a really pleasant surprise. Their bellboy was also exceptionally helpful—honestly, more helpful than the staff at some big-brand hotels I had stayed at just a few days earlier. Overall, I had a genuinely nice experience. The only point of caution is their strict enforcement of the checkout policy. The management was not particularly patient or warm the following morning. While I understand that policies have to be followed and I can't completely blame them for enforcing it, I would have appreciated a slightly kinder tone. At the end of the day, a little courtesy doesn't hurt anyone. Overall, though, the stay was much better than I expected, and the staff's helpfulness, especially the bellboy's, definitely deserves a mention.

    Pathetic Rooms. No way near the ratings in Agoda. Twin bed request was not even considered. The room floors become very wet if the air conditioning is set to 24. The floor is dry only if the air conditioner is set to 18 and you stay outside the room. Wet is "Real" wet floors. We had to request the housekeeping to mop the floor more than once to keep it under control. Morning we wake up to a wet floor again. Such a bad system and the only answer from front office, is that keep the AC on. With the monsoon weather, the place gets unbelievably cold in 30 minutes at lower temperature settings. The manual key to open the room is too tight, that you need 2 folks to operate. May be secure access. Best kept away.
