    No service no one picks call no shower gel in room no hair dryer nothing only a room like a normal 2k hotel which is like roadside. Not recommended.

    Overall stay was okay, the room was quite small. I was told that that's the standard room size throughout... The only good part was the breakfast spread... Wouldn't say it's a five star...

    Staff were accommodating, sympathetic and respectful. They have given us the opportunity to get good rest and peace before our long onward journey. Thank you to the manager @ Radisson MIDC.

    I recently stayed here and, unfortunately, my experience was far below the standard I expect from a 5-star hotel. The washroom was untidy when I checked in, and the room floors also did not appear to have been cleaned properly. The washroom itself was exceptionally small, making it uncomfortable to use. The room lighting was very dim, which affected the overall comfort and ambiance. Basic amenities that are generally expected in a 5-star property were also missing. There was no iron or ironing board provided, and there was no hair dryer available in the room. To add to the disappointment, the view from the window was poor and did not match the premium experience advertised. Overall, the cleanliness, room facilities, and overall quality fell well short of the standards associated with a 5-star hotel. I hope the management takes these issues seriously and improves the guest experience.
