    I stayed at Courtyard by Marriott Mumbai International Airport for four nights during a trip that combined both business and leisure. My experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff and service were truly outstanding. On one occasion, I had ordered something and accidentally fell asleep. When the staff arrived, they noticed I was sleeping, thoughtfully covered me with a bedsheet, ensured everything was in order, and securely locked the door before leaving. This level of care and attention was genuinely impressive. There was also a delay with one of our starter orders, but the hotel handled the situation professionally by providing the entire order complimentary along with additional snacks, which was greatly appreciated. The food quality throughout my stay was excellent, and every meal was enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai for business or leisure. One thing to note is that there are certain sound restrictions within the property, so it is advisable to communicate your specific requirements with the hotel before check-in. Overall, a wonderful stay, and I would recommend this place 100%.

    Having grown up in Mumbai but living in the USA for the past 20 years, I chose Marriott for our overnight stay while visiting Mumbai with my brother and two kids because of our positive experiences with Marriott in the US. Although check-in took much longer than expected and we didn’t get our two rooms until after 4:30 pm, Tanuj at the front desk went above and beyond by offering us a complimentary dinner, which was much appreciated. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and we thoroughly enjoyed both dinner and the breakfast buffet. A special thanks to Taraka for taking the time to check on our stay during breakfast and following up later. Our only suggestions are to better communicate the requirement for ID proof for minors during check in (we were fortunate that digital copies were accepted) and to improve the cleanliness of the ladies’ lobby restroom, which was untidy during our visit. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and truly appreciate the excellent hospitality shown by Tanuj and Taraka.

    This was the first time we experienced such poor room service at a Marriott property. Day 1: We had to wait a long time just to connect with room service. Even after connecting, the fulfillment of our requests took an unusually long time. The staff mentioned that only one person was managing the entire floor, and it was evident that he was overwhelmed. When we raised a complaint, it was not properly acknowledged. Additionally, the room was not clean, so we requested a room change. Day 2: The service was better compared to the first day. We adjusted our expectations, knowing that delays were likely. The room was clean, and we were satisfied with it. Overall: Breakfast was good, and the location is convenient, especially due to its proximity to the airport. Rating: Low rating for room service only. Other aspects of the stay were satisfactory.
