The resort is located in a prominent and convenient location, making it easy to access and a great base for exploring the surrounding tourist attractions. The staff were very responsive throughout our stay, and the hospitality was genuinely exceptional. The resort itself is very well maintained, with plenty of walking areas and decent amenities. What stood out most was the greenery—the trees, natural surroundings, and overall landscape are beautifully maintained, giving the property a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The restaurant is good, although it is on the pricier side. The complimentary breakfast, however, was a pleasant surprise and offered a good variety of options to suit different tastes, especially considering the location. Unfortunately, our experience with the Orchid Room was quite disappointing when compared with the rest of the property. The room felt poorly maintained, with broken tiles and sofas that had an unpleasant smell. These were particularly surprising because the common areas and overall resort were maintained much better. The bathroom was another major disappointment. The faucets were in poor condition and leaking, and there was an unpleasant iron-like smell from the tap water. These issues significantly affected our impression of the room. On the positive side, the bed was comfortable enough and we had a good night's sleep. Parking and Wi-Fi were good enough, and the resort's location makes it convenient to reach several prominent tourist attractions. The resort also offers outdoor activities, although we didn't get a chance to try them during our stay. Overall: Shevaroys Resorts & Spa has a lot going for it—excellent hospitality, beautiful greenery, a well-maintained property, good breakfast, convenient location, and decent amenities. However, the condition of the Orchid Room and especially its bathroom needs significant improvement. With better room maintenance and renovation, this could be a much more satisfying stay.

We have been for lunch and after looking at that ambience thought it Would be better and booked the room at 3700 rupees approx per day per room . They gave an old one which have a geyser of ages and takes 30 To 40 mind for heating up . One can get much better rooms for that price
