    It's a 2 star property with little to offer in terms of comfort or class. Basic accommodation and amenities. Not for travelers with class or expectations of comfort. Not true to the description or promises made by the hotel.

    We stayed at this resort hoping for a peaceful getaway from the city’s noise, but unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the most disappointing stays we’ve had. The biggest issue was the ongoing construction and renovation work throughout the property. The noise was constant and extremely disruptive. We even had to change our room because of it, and the only alternative offered was a smaller room. It completely defeated the purpose of coming here to relax. There is no direct access to the beach. To reach it, we had to cross about 2 feet of water, which was inconvenient and not clearly communicated beforehand. The room itself had a smelly washroom, and room service was very slow. We had to call multiple times and repeatedly remind the staff before our requests were fulfilled. The food was just average, with very limited menu options. The restaurant also did not have high chairs for kids, which made dining difficult for families with young children. The swimming pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos, and the spa is located outside the resort premises. Parking is another inconvenience, as guests have to park their cars on the roadside instead of within the property. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations set by the resort. Between the construction noise, limited amenities, slow service, and lack of basic conveniences, it was far from a relaxing vacation. I would not recommend this resort, especially if you’re looking for a quiet and peaceful stay.
