Property is beautiful. Staff is very nice.
One thing which i would draw a serious concern is
1. Families with Kids esp in large nos should be allotted rooms away from pvt couples and adult families. Outrageous behavior by kids banging doors every min and running / playing in the common passage was a big put off. Parents dont really care for such bad behaviour. It shows their upbringing.

SPA and hotel facilities was excellent. All staff were very friendly and helpful. Alex ( parrot) the was the highlight as she joined us for breakfast every morning lol.

Beautiful location. Good pool and spa. Food was nice.
There was an event hosted on the lawns where ateast 500 people who were not hotel guests attended and roamed around the hotel premises freely. It was something i have never experienced in a 5 star property before. Loudspeakers blared all day long. Terrible experience
