First of all, the property is huge. The amenities are top notch, the grand pool being the usp. Staff are very polite and always there to help you with everything. They have an elaborate breakfast spread with some unique goan dishes. There are basketball, pickleball and tennis courts which you can book beforehand. We really liked the cleanliness and simple yet classic decor. The beautiful Independence day celebrations by the staff definitely added some extra points.
We booked a deluxe double room initially which we wanted to upgrade to sea view room. The staff arranged for the same promptly, but it wasn't exactly value for money. The sea view from the room was only partial as there is the huge pool and lawn in between the resort building and the beach, so the sea is quite far and not what we expected. The extra cost was also much more than what booking.com was offering, but room upgradation is as per hotel norms only. Apart from this issue, the stay and experience was perfect.

Beautiful location. Good pool and spa. Food was nice.
There was an event hosted on the lawns where ateast 500 people who were not hotel guests attended and roamed around the hotel premises freely. It was something i have never experienced in a 5 star property before. Loudspeakers blared all day long. Terrible experience
