    1) Manager is never available and staff ensure that he is not. 2) No one reads your messages or requests. Even followup calls did not work. 3) Asked for a quiet room and got a room below the bar which goes on till very late. 4) No hot water showers. 5) Had to sign a "no smoking" voucher and was taken to a room full of cigarette smoke and showed them that the previous guest smoked a bunch of cigarettes and it was clearly seen in the window. Could have taken photos but for what ?? The manager is not available !! Disappoint indeed !!
