    The service provided and staffs were good. The rooms were good and all the issues were resolved by the staffs quickly.

    I stayed at this hotel on the last day of my visit to Ernakulam and chose it specifically because its location was convenient for my travel plans. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. When I arrived at the reception, the staff member was very unprofessional and not polite at all. The room shown on Agoda appeared spacious in the pictures, but in reality, it was extremely small and congested. Two people could barely move around the room at the same time, as the bed occupied most of the available space. Overall, the room did not meet my expectations based on the pictures and description provided on Agoda, and the service at the reception also left much to be desired.
