    Very neat and clean room and facilities. Well maintained. Easily accessible from railway station and to main road. Staffs were good and approached well. It will be good if providing the basic amenities like tooth brush and paste.

    I really loved my stay at Hotel Livora, Aluva. The hotel is located in a peaceful and quiet spot while still being conveniently within the town itself, which I really liked. I booked the stay through Agoda and got it at a very reasonable rate. Since it’s a relatively new hotel, the cleanliness was exceptional. The room was absolutely spotless, and everything felt fresh and well-maintained. They had also provided all the necessary toiletries, along with coffee powder, tea powder, milk powder, and a kettle so guests can prepare their own beverages. I particularly liked the fact that they provided separate glasses for hot and cold beverages, along with plates—these small details really made the stay more comfortable. The hotel seems to be managed by a young and enthusiastic team, and it shows in the way everything is maintained. The service and overall setup felt very professional. I genuinely hope they continue maintaining the property at this level and keep the same standards as the hotel gets older. It’s always great to see a new property that pays attention to cleanliness and small details. One small suggestion: having a mineral water refill station on each floor would be a nice addition and make things even more convenient for guests. Overall, I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely consider staying here again.
