    The hotel is in poor condition throughout. No air conditioning. Limited parking.

    Restaurant close, bar food only. Selection on offer limited. Room beside elevator, very noisy , and facing busy road. No air conditioning, couldn't sleep,room too hot and very noisy. Breakfast was fine. Overall not good value for price charged, considering the above.

    I was pretty shocked by this hotel. It claims to be 4 stars and is definitely not of that standard. The first room I was allocated had a faulty toilet , hadn't been cleaned properly (if housekeeping doesn't remove the public hair of the previous guests in the bathroom are they really cleaning it?) And the phone didn't work so I had to wall down to reception and complain. They moved me to one of their executive rooms but only because another guest had complained and left that room. The executive room wasn't much better with a faulty shower head that was causing serious damage to the carpet, a TV remote that didn't work and again a room that hadn't been cleaned properly. ... but better than having a faulty toilet I guess. Staff are not of a 4 star standard, I asked that my remote be replaced, nothing. It seems to me that management is what is lacking in this establishment, nobody is paying attention to how things are maintained or run. Place needs a complete overhaul and a huge upgrade in maintenance as it's barely functioning. At this price point it's unacceptable. Would definitely not stay again.
