This is my second stay in Maritime hotel in Bantry. The hotel is a walking distance to where I need to be. The rooms are nicely decorated with peaceful views on nature. Rooms have central air and self-adjusted heat and fan speed. The bar downstairs has very good staff who goes above and beyond to accommodate you. I didn’t go to restaurant yet but I have been to their bar. My favorite area of the bar is a Snug place where I get some quiet after traveling all day to Ireland from Florida. I feel supported when in this hotel. The receptionists kept my extra bag in the back until I was done with my appointment in the town. I picked up my bag on my way to the airport. I will stay again in Maritime Bantry in the future because if friendly staff, supportive environment and convenient facilities.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The hotel was close to where I needed to be. The chef made me vegan dishes. The staff is superb. When I return in 6 months, I will stay with Maritime again.

Staff were lovely in the restaurant, not so much in the bar. Soup like dishwater, hot in spots, microwaved,arrived at
3.10 ish ordered at 3.32 had to check if they could take our order as lunch finished at 3.30. Dinner staff were lovely, food was good but very little choice, breakfast good.
