The location of the hotel is nice—great views and close to town.
However, one of the many issues is why a 4-star hotel doesn't offer toothbrushes for its guests. We also noticed that the body wash and hand wash are the exact same thing. The towels weren't that clean either, as we saw some stains. The bathroom had a weird plumbing issue where, a few minutes after flushing, some debris would come back up. On top of that, the AC wasn't working!
While my partner and I were trying to sleep, we kept hearing a phone buzzing; we thought it was ours, but it was actually the phone in the next room. The walls are not soundproof at all.
Though the staff are nice and accommodating, the hotel itself is closer to a 3 star.
