    Booked for 2 nights and it wasn't the first time staying at Gleneagle, but at Hotel 67. Room and shower are fab, but unfortunately the Aircon was running until after midnight so we couldn't get any sleep. The view was terrible as we were facing the industrial part. The staff was lovely and offered an upgrade the following day,but we declined and left. I got a refund for the 2nd night. Gleneagle is a fabulous hotel, hotel 67 probably not so much. They have ear plugs in the room, but you don't want to wear ear plugs when you pay ***

    The concept and design is great but the noise and the ridiculous breakfast in a box is a complete miss. I had to be moved to the main part of the Gleneagle instead.
