My boyfriend is traveling alone, and I helped him booked this place last minute because of some sudden changes in plans. When he entered the place, he already knew it was not clean. After checking in and going into the room, he found out there was a foul odor. He said it smelled sourly, like homeless people who have not showered for a long time. He described the condition to me as "the washroom smelled better than the room." He had lived in capsule hotels and cubicle rooms in Hong Kong before, but he said none was as bad as this place. He had to check out immediately and told the staff about the odor, but the staff denied there was such an issue. We knew the booking on agoda was nonrefundable. We rather gave up that money and spent extra to book another place for stay.
