    Location and Air-conditioning are excellent, especially for summer. Staffs are all helpful except check-in and help desk are not good experience for this level of hotel. Experience design seems wanna be casual but professional, they achieved first but not second. Unluckily put us a very far walk room, which understood as we stay long but would be nice gesture to tell us first. They aims for ppl who comes for parties as they have 3 pubs but not for who intends to stay. If you are not party-goer, not stay here. Windows are locked, when asked to open, some guys came in to unlocked and rushed out? Manner? Last night stay, there was fault fire alarm for 20 min, at 3am in the morning, woke everyone up, when checked out, no apologize mentioned. I believe once newly open hoxton paris is best overall in town, that’s why we believe in brand. Too sad, it rotted out experience without anyone worked there noticed, too soon.
