Yanni's Villas

Voor de 2e keer hier verbleven. Nu met mijn gezin. En wederom was het heerlijk. 6 persoons villa met 2 badkamers. Ruim opgezet, wasmachine, vaatwasser. Veel privacy. Op loopafstand van strand, winkels, restaurants. 10 minuten rijden van het geweldige Rethminon. Communicatie top! Na zenden van bericht direct antwoord en werd er actie ondernomen. Om de 2 dagen werd er schoongemaakt, nieuwe handdoeken etc. Ruime plek om 2 autos te parkeren. En het uitzicht is geweldig. Love it!!!

De villa mag hier en daar wel wat opgeknapt en gerysteld te worden. Maar we komen hier zeker terug.

The Villa itself was nicely included had a beautiful view of both the beach which was lovely to look at in the daytime and a wonderful sunset. The pool was exceptional and we had very lovely local amenities close by.

There wasn’t anything not to like about the property

The property was in a good location (5-10 minutes walk to the beach and restaurants), was spacious and had everything you would need for a comfortable stay. The management were quick to respond to our emails / requests and dealt with any issues (pool got dirty due to a sandstorm) very quickly. We come to Crete often and would for sure stay at the villa again.

Could do with a larger rubbish bin as the only one in the house is tiny and gets filled up quickly - we had full bin bags lay around the house often; which isn’t ideal in hot weather.

De villa heeft een heel fijn zwembad met een mooi uitzicht en veel privacy, een terras met hoofdzakelijk zon en één in de schaduw. De communicatie met de verhuurorganisatie gaat heel vlot. Er wordt snel op berichten gereageerd. De villa was niet zo fris en proper bij aankomst evenals een aantal keukenapparaten. We hebben dit meteen doorgegeven en binnen het half uur stond er iemand van de organisatie aan de deur samen met 2 poetsdames en werden de apparaten vervangen. Prima opvolging zodat we toch een fijn verblijf hadden.

De villa was niet zo fris en proper bij aankomst evenals een aantal keukenapparaten maar dit werd dus snel opgelost. Het interieur is wat ouder dan het op de foto's toont en kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken.
