There are two bathrooms, a fully equipped open-plan modern kitchen, and a living room with a comfortable sofa, a dining area, satellite TV, a sound system, a fireplace, and everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. WiFi coverage is available throughout the property.
The exterior area is equally inviting, with a private swimming pool, a BBQ area, outdoor furniture, umbrellas, and sunbeds, providing the perfect setting for outdoor relaxation. The main rooms and bedrooms offer fantastic views, and there is a secure parking area for your convenience.

We stayed here for five nights whilst visiting Crete. The villa was large, with a modern kitchen, and the villa had everything that you would need. All the bedrooms (and most of the common areas) had air conditioning. The pool area was fantastic, the pool felt warm (in mid-June) and there was a shaded veranda for dining. All the furnishings were modern and the place was spotless. There was a maid service halfway through our stay as well, and checkout was easy.Communication with the host was easy and responsive. We arranged a late check-out which was easy to do, depending presumably on availability. The villa has ample parking and the villa is behind an electronic gate (you get a remote).The villa is a five minute walk from a main street with dozens of restaurants, bars, shops, and small supermarkets, and you could easily get by without a car. There's a large Lidl within a 5-10 minute drive. The beach is just beyond the main street and there are beach bars and watersports available. Even though this part of the area is has lots of hotels and activities, the villa was quiet and peaceful and felt quite secluded.

We as a family spend our Easter holidays at Yannis villa and had an amazing time! Close to shops, restaurants, the sea as well as the beautiful mountains we had a brilliant stay. Big compliments to everyone involved and happy to return one day!
