We had to move rooms because our room was dirty. There were indistinguishable marks on a mattress and I was concerned about bed bugs. We were then upgraded to a suite. I enquired how to use the sauna in the room, but there were no instructions and staff did not respond to my request for assistance. I’m not Finish, so I don’t know! Therefore we couldn’t use the nicest thing about the room. The pool and spa is only open limited hours which makes it tricky to use. I booked the hotel because it had a pool but didn’t end up using it because of the limited hours. The staff are friendly but ineffective. The location is good, but the whole place needs a really deep clean., and the management to take responsibility for ensuring all staff follow through on request/ actions. I booked here because it was the most affordable option for me as a single parent , even more so than Airbnb. And it was supposed to be a treat. It was disappointing.
