    Pros: Sea-side solarium for premium guests is very peaceful and relaxing. Heated jetted pool in the solarium is excellent — warm, calm, and with a beautiful sea view. Suitable for guests who enjoy organised entertainment, poolside lounging, and nightly shows. Cons: Main swimming pool area is very crowded during the day. Evening music events are held directly below the guest rooms with loud speakers, which can make it difficult to rest. Reminder: If you prefer a quiet and calm environment, you may want to consider this carefully before booking.

    We stayed at the hotel to celebrate our birthday, and as the room had no mini fridge we gave the birthday cake that we paid to get specially made at a local bakery with the hotel reception, and they assured us they would keep it safe in their fridge. The next day when we went to reception to collect the cake, they could not find it and said it had been moved to the pool fridge, but they also could not find it there. They said they would look for it and to come back later. We tried again in the evening and still no luck, this went on for 4 days, every day asking them if they found it yet. Several members of staff said they saw the cake and recognised the photo of the cake box we showed them, but they still couldn't find it. On the 4th day, the staff admitted they found it in the bin! This ruined our birthday celebrations. The room was very basic and in need of general maintenance and upkeep, especially the bathroom, where we also found a cockroach one day! In general the hotel was very dated and could do with lots of maintenance and renovation. It is definitely not a 4-star hotel, more like a 2-star hotel.

    We’ve spent 5 nights there, very busy hotel, which does not look like the pictures. We always book bed and breakfast as we prefer to explore wherever we are but to our surprise there were areas we weren’t allowed to access (like the infinity pool which is all over the pictures). We would probably never go there anyways, but just the fact that it was on lots of the hotel advertisements pictures and not mentioned it’s only for certain guests doesn’t sit well with us. The car park wasn’t free, prepare to pay €18 per day if you rent a car. Very loud until late due to the hotel entertainments, the ceiling fan was quite noisy, couldn’t open the balcony door in the evening as there was a smoking area underneath our room. You can definitely tell this place was not renovated in the past 20 years - lots of cracked tiles in the bathroom. The bed frames were awful, kept moving and not made for couples who wanted to sleep next to each other. Although the mattresses were decent. The buffet was quite fine with lots of choices.
