    gute preis-leistung freundliches personal, großes zimmer, im großen und ganzen sauberes zimmer nur waren leider die nachtkästen neben dem bett etwas verstaubt (hat ausgesehen als wäre das zimmer länger nicht benutzt worden), aber das bad war sehr sauber also war es für mich ok Internet hat gut funktioniert Gutes frühstück alle waren super nett und verständnisvoll, sehr bemüht vor check-in die möglichkeit den koffer abzugeben, toilette zu benutzen etc sehr nett Öffi-ticket dabei, sehr toll ruhige umgebung einfacher check-out würde wieder kommen☺️

    Het voelde als een warm, door een familie gerund hotel. Het was brandschoon. Het personeel was erg behulpzaam. Het ontbijtbuffet was ook erg vullend. We waren erg tevreden over alles! We raden het zeker aan. De kamers waren ruim en erg schoon.

    As visiting a convention at the Düsseldorf Messe we chose the Hotel for its neat location. There is a direct connection with the close by U-Bahn, while also having parts like the old town not too far away. Plus points for the friendly staff.

    The hotel is overall matching the price. The reception is not very professional; not everyone speaks good enough English. What is the most serious thing is that, the card seems to be able to not only open your own room, but also the others'. We were a group, and we kind of verified this by trying each other's rooms. For the two nights we stayed, the first night there was one guy stranger opened my room with his card, and the second night there were even two, all by drunk teenagers! This is totally unacceptable and poses a serious safety risk. The crew should seruously check their room card system!
