    My second visit at hotel. Location and great value i would not stay anywhere else

    Nice and clean hotel with good breakfast (repetitive same breakfast daily but it had lots of options so overall good). Nice location for easy access to everywhere but the street where this hotel is located is very smelly and full of garbage bin all the times (I do not think hotel can do anything about it though). Good rooms, AC worked very well, good clean washroom with good water pressure.

    The hotel is in the heart of everything, close to the public transportation yet it is on the quite side street and completely shields you from the noise of the large city. Restaurant and morni g breakfast are wonderful. Thank you.

    Not worth to stay We have reserve 4 twin rooms but when we arrived at around 5 pm , we are told that they have no information to reserve twin rooms for us. So I told the front desk staff that at least give us 1 twin room. And they promised to change 1 double room room to twin room by seperate the beds. I asked the front desk staff that when will the beds be prepared, he said "Please give us some to do" Then we went out n back around 8 pm. My friend found that nothing change. So we went down to the front desk. Another senior staff said housekeeping was ended until7:30pm. Is it rediculous , they didnt keep their promise . And told us the only thing he could do is apologise to us. He could nothing but gave my friend a blanket only. As a 4 star hotel, such a mistake was happened is unacceptable. Never stay in this hotel.
