    Stayed here for 5 nights with our toddler. Perfect location just few minutes away from train and metro station. There’s housekeeping everyday, like we always come home to a clean room. Breakfast is also great, perfect to start your day.

    Very pleased with our stay at this hotel although we did not find anything that could be called "majestic" at the hotel 😊. The corner room was spacious, the bathroom was big. A pleasant, contrast to higher priced brand hotels in Europe that provide very cramped accommodation. The reception and check in staff were friendly and helpful, as were those at the bar and restaurant. Breakfast buffet had a good spread. However, it was repetitive with pretty much the same items. We had breakfast included with our stay and requested a packed meal for the last day because of early departure. That was disappointing, albeit of adequate quantity. For some strange reason, the curtains in the room were of less width than required to cover all the windows. That apart, the stay was very good and we would be happy to book it again.

    We unfortunately had to wait a very long time to check in almost 25 minutes. 3 people at the front desk with 3 customers who were taking exceedingly long time. Also found pillows very thin needed 3 of them to equal my 1 at home. But on a good note very well located and very nice breakfast.

    Not worth to stay We have reserve 4 twin rooms but when we arrived at around 5 pm , we are told that they have no information to reserve twin rooms for us. So I told the front desk staff that at least give us 1 twin room. And they promised to change 1 double room room to twin room by seperate the beds. I asked the front desk staff that when will the beds be prepared, he said "Please give us some to do" Then we went out n back around 8 pm. My friend found that nothing change. So we went down to the front desk. Another senior staff said housekeeping was ended until7:30pm. Is it rediculous , they didnt keep their promise . And told us the only thing he could do is apologise to us. He could nothing but gave my friend a blanket only. As a 4 star hotel, such a mistake was happened is unacceptable. Never stay in this hotel.
