    I broke my foot just prior to my trip to Prague and the team helped accomodate me into the accessible room without cost which was nice. Generally spacious room. Breakfast was ok, and there was a slight issue getting the heating to work (room and water) but the team helped rectify once notified.

    I booked months in advance to stay a few days ahead of my tour party arriving at same hotel. They gave me a room with the worst bed mattress, one can imagine, and the room was next to a wall of construction! The lady at reception gave me such a hard time to change the room. Reluctantly I did get a change but again next to the noisy construction site. The room was more of a closet than a hotel room. Never again! There are hundreds of hotels next to this Astoria. Try there. Not cheap either. Booked on Agoda.

    Great location, walking distance to everywhere I wanted to see. The room decor felt dated but it had a newly renovated nice bathroom. The breakfast selection was great.
