    The hotel is very nice and cozy. The location is amazing. While not in downtown it is in a great neighborhood and you can get to downtown in 10 minutes by metro. The room is cozy and staff is really nice and the whole vibe is laid back and relaxed there. Very quiet. Would definitely come back if I visit Munich again.

    My reservation was for a five-night stay and we did not even stay one night because the bathroom was covered in black mold and mildew. The hotel has been unresponsive from the contact information given by the front desk after discussing the issue. Unfortunately, upon arrival, we were immediately met with the strong smell of mildew in the room. Upon further inspection, we discovered that the bathroom was covered in visible mold and mildew and was not properly cleaned. Additionally, the bed linens had a noticeable blood stain on them and outlets had duck tape holding them together. The wallpaper was peeling off the walls, vanity was in horrible shape with half of the paint chipped off. We promptly booked a new hotel and checked out less than an hour after arriving, given the severe cleanliness concerns.
