    The front desk lady was super friendly even though her English wasn’t very good but she was always trying to help, the property is very clean and the bed is very comfy, highly recommended

    Good value. Room has all facilities you need, shower, bed, toilet and storage and WiFi. Located on a busy noisy street with trams, so very noisy if you want window open

    All as described, except that city tax had to be paid in cash (<10 EUR) upon arrival, whilst Agoda booking confirmation said it was included (which I pointed out to staff).

    Room was big and relatively close to the center but other than that everything could have been better. The negatives are as follows: - The roomed smelled very strongly of fresh paint, which gave me a headache and made me nauseated. - No sound isolation whatsoever both in regard to the room's door, as well as the windows. Traffic outside and staff inside were rather loud. - No curtains made it hard to sleep because of outside lights during the night and sunlight during the day. - Room was cold and the windows were badly sealed when closed. - Very dangerous that electrical wirings were exposed in the bathroom. - Bed mattress was on the cheap side,making it not that comfortable. - Reception closes at 22:00 making the elevator inaccessible. Thus had to take the stairs up to the third floor. - Staff was nice and helpful during check in. But during check out, they were not at their station, but rather in the restaurant having breakfast! -
