    The rooms are very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed with my children. Breakfast is too good . Child breakfast also available. Cleanliness was very good. I recommend for family stay .

    We can only recommend the hotel. The location is great and close to old town. The rooms are sufficiently equipped - there are renovated and not renovated, some with bath tub some with shower. We all got what we needed. But thank you to the greta team. Especially the front office supervisor (I hope this was her title) was very helpful to merge our follow up booking with the current one and locate our different family members. Also all questions were answered patiently and friendly. Furthermore we would like to mention one team member from breakfast team. As our visitors were from a Muslim country he pointed out which foods they can eat and was very helpful with getting some egg variants.

    I am not satisfied with their services. Not good value for the money. Tje reception is not welcoming. There was a difference between my booking confirmation and their system. I booked the hotel for myself, my wife and my 5 years old son. When I reached hotel, the lady at reception told us that my son is not in the list. This was not welcoming. Although in their website, and via Agoda I read that the children up to 11 years old can stay free. It was mentioned that tje breakfast is included but since my son was not in their system we hesitated to take him with us for breakfast. The receptionest told ua that we should have told the hotel that our son is with us beforehand so they could take care of a bed for him. We told her that we have a booking confirmation from Agoda that specifically the age of my son is included. She showed the system that it was two adults only. We are not happy with the hotel and with our booking via Agoda too. It cost us around *** for the poor amenities and no service at all. Our son did not have a good time at all. On top of that the fridge in the room was also out of order. Not recommended!
