It’s the best place I’ve stayed at so far. For solo travel really recommended.

Everything was perfect. The location itself is really strategic bcs just 3 minutes walk to nearby marienplatz busstation and just 20 minutes walks to main train station. There are a lot of restaurants either asian restaurant, german or even italian restaurant due to its location which is near to hauptstadt. Eventhough some rooms have to share the washroom/toilet, but it still convenient bcs they will provide a sink in every room and also the shared toilet is very clean👍. Very friendly and helpful staff, moreover really good breakfast.

Second time staying at this wonderful Guesthouse! I will be back!

What you see in the pictures is what you get. This is a charming and old typical Bavarian guesthouse with all the expected quirks, and it's just wonderful! Yes, the floors are creaky in places, the staircase is narrow and there is no elevator - it's to be expected in a 300 year old home. It all adds to the character of the house, and I've never seen an elevator in any Bed & Breakfast I've ever stayed at in multiple countries. The guesthouse is in a quiet area just 5 minutes from the start of the pedestrian zone, and a 20 minute walk from the station. Upon arrival, you are greeted like an old friend by Angela, who welcomes you with a drink - beer, Prosecco, Glühwein, your choice! We were early and were just going to leave our suitcases but the room was ready. The rooms are lovely and quite roomy. The view from the balcony is gorgeous! I didn't find it loud at all, and I've stayed at some hotels where I could hear the people next door or above as though we were in the same room! We stayed here in 2023 and since then, the bathroom has been renovated. Breakfast is amazing - I think that it was the breakfast I was most looking forward to on this second stay! We will definitely be back for a third stay.

Very cute property. We enjoyed the breakfast and thought the dining area was decorated perfectly for the Christmas season. We found the room to be quite comfortable and cozy. If we return to the area again, a stay at Gastehaus Angela is a must!

A wonderful place to stay for 2 nights

The Breakfast was excellent. My room was spacious and comfortable, there was a sink in the room. The window faced over a adjacent roof dormer, the light in that room was only on in the morning, making my room nice and dark and quiet during the night. The hosts were helpful and spoke English. The clientele was mature, making for a quiiet and pleasant atmosphere. The decor was well kept polished wood paneling

It was hard to find after a half hour walk from the rail station. The stairs were narrow, steep and curved, no elevator. My room was two flights up. The only shower I saw was down a flight.

Excellent breakfast, all made on the premises. Great location – it was easy to walk to many restaurants and other nearby attractions. Beautiful views from our balcony. Lovely quiet location, even though it was in the center of town.

I have a knee injury, so the many stairs were a little difficult for me, but ordinarily that would not be an issue.

Great location to walk to the center of town for shops and restaurants. Loved the welcome beverage. Can easily walk to nearby hiking with huttes and amazing views. Parking available. Great breakfast and friendly staff. Our second stay here and won’t be our last. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful guesthouse with great breakfast

This guesthouse is just steps from the main street with shopping and restaurants, yet very quiet and offers great mountain views from the comfortable rooms. There is also a popular coffee shop just around the corner. There is ample parking and Garmisch-Partenkirchen train station is 25 minutes away. There is also a bus stop close to the guesthouse. All staff are very helpful and knowledgeable. We were given a welcome drink and a delicious freshly cooked breakfast.

It's a not big issue but if they have a lift, that is easy to carry suitcase to upstairs.

Home sweet home with great view and lovely staffs

Feels like grandparents home. All staffs very welcome me. I really enjoyed the view from the balcony. Relaxed enough :-) its really near from old town and behind there are good trail courses. Really recommend and would like to visit again. Really thanks for all about it

Bed was comfortable, room clean, great shower, and a balcony. Good breakfast and a short walk to town. This room had parking and a wonderful stall. They had a cake for my birthday which came as a complete surprise. There was no elevator.
