    Dear Management Team of The St. Regis Zhuhai, I would like to express my sincere thanks to your team for my recent stay at your hotel in Wanzai, Xiangzhou District. I really appreciate that your team arranged my room on the 49th‑floor, one of the highest floors. The view was absolutely spectacular. I could look across and enjoy the full panorama of Macau as well as the surroundings of the hotel. I also had a wonderful Chinese‑style dinner at your restaurant and the food was delicious. Special thanks go to the service staff who could speak Cantonese. Our communication became much smooth and convenient. It was such a pity that I did not get a chance to use your indoor and outdoor swimming pools. We went out to celebrate my birthday and came back very late. On the morning of August 14th, it was raining, so we could not make it. It was a missed great opportunity. I had a very pleasant overall experience. I will happily recommend The St. Regis Zhuhai to my family and friends. Best regards, Norma

    I request twin beds when reservation made, however assigned with a king bed room when checked in. Next time will be perfect if guest request can be accomodat.
