Room comfort and view.
Best buffet I have ever had in a hotel restaurant (shame it closed at 9pm). Not a huge selection but the quality was amazing. (Same goes for the breakfast)
I have stayed in many 5* hotels but this would rank as one of the best
Minor gripes.
Outside pool closed until next year.
Had to wait around 10mins to check in (not really hotels fault)
