    Located just inside the 3rd ring (West side) this is a super clean hotel, on top of an athletic -themed mall with a grocery store and a quick 1km walk to a super large mall with spring for everything, all types of restaurants on the top floors. Quiet, excellent facilities and good Chinese/Continental breakfast. Mostly business travelers, but ok for us with kids 5-17 years. Helpful staff in Chinese and English.

    My partner and I stayed here for a friend's wedding. The hotel and staff were amazing -- the front desk even helped me make a reservation for a restaurant & change that reservation a few times, which was really nice of them! One thing to note is that most of the hotel staff doesn't speak English. I think this place might be more popular for domestic business travelers. There is a "city" under the hotel which has a great gym, lots of restaurants, and recreational activities. I'd recommend checking it out! The only things I didn't like were that the hotel is located very far from any subway station, so you have to DiDi everywhere, and the location itself adds at least 20+ mins to any destination; also, for whatever reason, the air conditioning in the hotel rooms barely works, so the room was 74+ degrees all the time and kind of humid.

    Staff was nice, the rooms are newly renovated. AC didn’t work but the temperature was fine. There is a mall below the hotel which made it easy to get food and convenience, despite it being not close to a metro station. Nice gym with free weights and basketball court, and tennis court too. English accommodation was acceptable.

    The Empark Grand Hotel is located in the Haidian district where most of China's first rate educational institutions are located. It is a very large "grand" hotel but the service is excellent and so are the in situ retaurants. I highly recommend it!
