    Small room but clean and updated. Bed is very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location quite convenient about 10-15mins walk from the main Wangfujing shopping area.

    Had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed. Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay.

    My stay at this hotel was alright until the final night. The basics were solid, like what you would expect from a fuss-free booking: clean room, sufficient amenities and two working washers/dryers with on-site staff to help transfer loads for absentminded guests. What could be improved was the staff service. They were not hostile, but uniformly you could tell they were not as hospitable as regular service staff. No acknowledgment or reciprocal courtesy when guests including us said “hello”. Onto the serious issue: On my last night, Beijing temperature dropped to 16°C following light rain throughout the evening. I had set the AC to 21 Celsius before bed with window closed as usual. Yet at 2:44 AM, I was awoken and shockingly drenched in sweat. The hotel had centrally adjusted all guest AC units to about 30 Celsius, effectively disabling cooling. This came with no prior notice during check in, neither was there any notification when I returned that evening, despite the weather already turning cold at that time. I was forced to wake up groggy and irritated, with no time to correct it before departure. If you are a traveller who care for a comfortable stay with minimal service and looking for a location conveniently located in the 2nd ring, this may be it for you. But at this price point, the service failures should be of concern to you, and you may be better off looking for an alternative instead.
