    They have only 1 elevators working. The AC made noises and it was blowing something rusty things on the floor. The tub had a old blue stain. Lots of homeless around the location. The staff was very nice and helpful. I give them a 5 stars!! Breakfast was good.

    Room is quite old. A/C is very loud. Elevator was out of service during my whole stay. The surrounding areas are quite loud. Even I stayed on the 20F, it's still too loud to sleep. Lastly, I found that the doorlock didn't work properly. It's not easy to get into the room with your keycard.
