    The hotel quieted down after 10pm on a lively Sunday night, yet the entertainment kept the energy high and the atmosphere incredibly welcoming. The room was stunning—spotlessly clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. But what truly won me over was the luxurious bath: deep, comfortable, and perfect for unwinding! The entire bathroom felt like a five-star experience. Amazing value for money, with spacious rooms that aren't crowded together. Located just a short walk from the vibrant cafe strip, train station, and shops, it’s an unbeatable spot. I can’t wait to stay here again—highly recommended with an A+++ rating! The staff were friendly, professional, polite and expressed mutual respect. Keep up the amazing job guys

    Had to try to find someone to check us in in the bar, the bar staff didn’t know how to get us the key, it was crazy busy and loud and we were there trying to find our hotel room key amidst the craziness. It’s extremely busy on the stairs and the lift at all times of the evening and night with people going to the rooftop bar which was very weird and uncomfortable as our room door was directly there when the elevator door opened so it felt like there was drunk people right outside our door a lot of the night. When we returned to the hotel after dinner it was very busy and a line to get in so had to push past everyone to ask the doorman to let us in. Room was lovely, clean, beautiful bathroom either huge bath and there was handmade soap and a bath Bonn that smelt gorgeous. Our mini bar was stocked properly as the milk was opened so had to call down in the morning for more however the apparently there’s no one available until 8am. We thought all hotels have Soneone on shift 24 hours for safety and if the guests need anything? Prob wouldn’t stay again it was rather manic.
