    Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would have liked to have stayed longer. It’s all the little touches that makes this hotel stand out from others. The welcome drink, the free mini bar with quality refreshments, the option of still and sparkling water. Bed was super comfy. Loved the double shower. Perfect location. All staff were very attentive, friendly and helpful. My favourite stay in Freo so far.

    The hotel room is clean and cosy. The minibar snacks and drinks is complimentary. Location is easy to find and walking distance to shops and Free mantle market.

    Booking was made in April - for September. I contacted them 2 days later to attempt to cancel the booking - they said that was not possible (5 months notice). The room was incredibly cramped. The bed has a ridiculous design of a wooden surround. This completely surrounds the head and foot end. As im tall I could not stretch out. The worst part was the far side of the bed - it had a gap approximately 300mm wide to get through to access the other side of the bed. Terrible design. Value is awful. Customer support is woeful. And I read that there was parking on site. Last minute I found out only if you book it and pay for it. It's cheaper next door above FOMO. And Garde didn't even have a park available. Would not stay again, or recommend.
