    Over the four nights I stayed here, the facilities were clean, the staff were helpful, and I had an overall great stay.

    The staff at Quest Innaloo are the BEST. They take great care to look after their customers. The squeaky clean one bedroom apartment was very well equipped with cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery. Bed was comfortable and we slept well. The apartment was facing into the courtyard. The only complaint we have is the noise from a big aircon tower on one of the other buildings facing the courtyard. The noise makes sleeping with open windows impossible. This is of course outside the control of the Quest.

    Extremely disappointed with our second booking Quest Inaloo. Quality seems to have dropped significantly since the last time we stayed. Firstly on booking for 2 adults and 2 kids, no bedding was arranged for kids. I was told that this was my own fault as I should have opted to pay the additional $60 per night for the sofa. One would assume that you book for 4 people, therefore the room accommodates them. Arrived after a very long flight to find the room in an absolutely repulsive state of uncleanliness. Carpet had not been vacuumed and included a suspicious yellow stain at the foot of the bed, food and hair all over the bottom of the fridge, urine all over the toilet base, crumbs and sticky food all over the table and chairs, chocolate smeared all over the walls and doors! Absolutely deplorable considering the standard you would expect from Quest. We were advised the room would be rectified the following day and have arrived to find that one wall has been wiped over and some bodily fluids removed from the mirror, nothing else has improved. Very unfortunate as we regularly need to stay on this side of Perth. I am told we will be refunded the first night accommodation but don't have any hope of that occurring at all. I will add that the staff have been slightly helpful with the dire state of accommodation, but no communication has taken place at all in response to my emailed concerns or concerns raised at the reception desk. Truly a woeful state for accommodation costing $***per night.
