    Great central hotel. Close to restaurants in Braddon and just north of the city. Spacious and clean rooms. Very nice.

    Great room the spa was best I had ever seen was huge and jets had lots of power. Bed was super comfy and the room very reasonably priced. Will be staying here again when back in Canberra

    We stayed for a couple of nights. I was shocked as the hotel was rated 5 stars however it doesn’t have any swimming pool or sauna inside. Moreover, we stayed here to celebrate our wedding anniversary however they never gave any complimentary gifts nor a simple greeting at all. From all the 5 star hotels that we stayed, this hotel was so far has the most unattentive staff. The hotel offers daily housekeeping, however the housekeeping staffs seems to be in a much hurry as from Day 1 until we checked out, same dust were still to be found on one lamp shade and the overhead shower was still full of dirt which I’m hesitant to use. Additionally, they chucked our slippers without even changing it. They also forgot to refill the body wash and toilet paper. Maybe they just overlooked it. They also have time to eat inside the room next to ours as they were using the microwave and eating inside the guests room. Overall, I have been to a lot of 5 star hotels around the world but this hotel doesn’t seemed to be one.
