    We were greeted (but she didnt actually greet us) by a not very responsive staff who kept having a "still loading" expression, and often had to repeat myself a few times to get our messages through even very simple ones. I understood it as perhaps it was too close to christmas to have the mood to work so thats fine. But the thing is we were not informed that our room has been "upgraded" to what is actually not a suitable upgrade for our purpose as we had very young kids and I preferred the room that I had booked vs it turning out to be two connected but separate rooms that has all the danger traps around for toddlers and way smaller bathroom. Wonder if the staff could be treated or paid better as they seemed not very happy. Except the cleaning team was very friendly and professional! Will surely want to try other accommodation options out there.
