    first of all, thank you for changing our room into executive type without additional cost. it was so nice and very comfortable room. staffs are very accommodating and friendly.

    5/10 Service is good. Noise during the midnight was terrible. I and my mother Can’t sleep. I made a call to government, I believe the noise was the light rail construction stage 2A. After my call 10 min later, around 12:50 noise stopped. If the light rail construction continue couple years, hotel management team need take action like seal the window or release the information before customer check in. I understand hotel can’t control street.
