    I am disappointed with the manner in which I was treated during my stay. At approximately 8:00 AM on the day of my checkout, I requested a bottle of water from the reception desk. My request was declined. Shortly thereafter, I noticed that every room on my floor had two complimentary bottles of water placed outside the door. When I inquired about this, I was informed that, because I was checking out, I was not eligible to receive a bottle of water and that only guests continuing their stay would be provided with one. If this is indeed the hotel’s policy, it should be communicated clearly to guests in advance to avoid confusion and embarrassment. What was particularly disappointing was the unprofessional and discourteous manner in which the receptionist handled the situation. The issue was not simply the bottle of water, but the lack of respect and basic hospitality shown in response to a straightforward request. I sincerely hope management will investigate this matter, provide additional customer service training to the reception staff, and ensure that all guests are treated with courtesy and fairness, regardless of whether they are checking in, staying, or checking out.

    This hotel has 4 clubs and will get loud. You can smell smoking even in non-smoking rooms. Great location though.
