Krinakia Villas

Villa immersa nella pace con vista panoramica eccezionale e piscina privata. Il nostro alloggio era fornito di due bagni e la cucina era equipaggiata di tutto il necessario. Posizione ottima con discesa al mare, su questo consiglio di dare maggiori indicazioni di come si arriva al mare. Nota per la governante Maria, molto gentile.

Solo un piccolo problema con le formiche risolto il giorno stesso.

Wir sind relativ spät (23 Uhr) angereist. Man muss einkalkulieren, dass man von Heraklion ca. 3 Stunden braucht. Aber die liebe Maria hat auf uns gewartet, die Kontaktdaten wurden vorher übergeben. Wenn man von oben gefahren kommt, muss man wissen, das es oben und unten einen Zugang über einen Schotterweg gibt. Dieser ist im dunkeln nicht einfach zu finden, aber Maria hat uns den Weg gewiesen :-) Wie schon von Anderen beschrieben, es ist eine sehr ruhige Gegend, genau das was wir wollten. Es gibt meine ich in näherer Umgebung 5 Tavernen und 2 kleine Supermärkte in denen man aber wirklich das Nötigste bekommt. Wir hatten das Haus mit 2 Schlafzimmern (jedes Zimmer mit eigener Klimaanlage), sowie Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer. Spülmaschine ist vorhanden (an Tabs denken), ebenso eine Waschmaschine. Der Pool wurde von Maria fast täglich gereinigt und auch sonst hat sie uns mit Allem versorgt (frische Handtücher), wenn wir etwas brauchten. Vll, noch wichtig, das WLAN im Haus ist sehr gut! Als Tipp: Ein Ausflug nach Kato Zakros ist durchaus lohnenswert, schöner Strand (Kies, deswegen evtl. an Gummischuhe denken) und es gibt Süßwasserduschen, wenn man in der jeweiligen Taverne isst.

Vom Haus war Alles top, man sollte bedenken, dass in der Gegend das Handynetz sehr schlecht ist. Aber wie schon geschrieben, haben die Villas sehr gutes WLAN!

We had a lovely stay in the Groundfloor Villa which had plenty of room for the four of us. We especially enjoyed the outside terrace and the private pool area which both had the most fantastic views over the beach, small islands and sea. So close we could walk there in under 4 minutes to relax on the glorious uncrowded sandy beach and swim in the gently shelving blue water. Very child safe! There were a number of other beautiful beaches in the area to take advantage of, only a short drive away. We could easily have cooked for ourselves in the well-equipped kitchen or outside barbecue but preferred the short drive to a range of great (a couple exceptional) Tavernas in the evenings. Maria was very generous and caring and looked after us extremely well; even persuading an Electrician to come out on a Sunday evening to replace a broken part to ensure we all had enough hot water from the huge luxurious shower!
