    My ist time here @ J5 RIMAL When check in time Ms.Yoon Was Very Polite & Smiling Face as well Mr Shannel I feel comfortable the way approached the guest UNLIKE Other hotel Jacoob J5 Saeed we stayed 2 days there before J5 RIMAL We moved there one reasons staff there his name Farook i booked Twin Bed Gave us Double bed which is my sister coming late and BAD FACE...WELL Here J5 RIMAL ALL OF THEM ARE GREAT Fr check in F/O Housekeeping Ms Ann when i requested joined the table she act so soon call her colleagues to helped her one of the filipino guy forgot his name ? Filipino HOSPITALITY..THE BEST AS ALWAYS and the curtains too bec a little bit broken she's reported to fix it.Action SO FAST GREAT The only thing I dont like it their TV WAS OLD FASION NO YOUTUBE NOT UNLIKE THEIR OTHER HOTEL Jacoob 5 Saeed Have YouTube hoping next time come back they will change it. Then we check out the front office staff Ahmed smiling face and polite too even the drivers who drop in my place very helpful forgot his name ?& Ms Melanie Cabalo their PRO Very Very helpful when it comes for the Transpo she's always approached me tell their driver to drop in my place so no need to call taxi and waiting all easy easy VERY THANKFUL TO THEM This Hotel HIGHLY RECOMMENDED WE WILL BACK FOR SURE Next week love it 😀 😊 😄 ❤️ Also the LOCATIONS the.BEST HOTEL / APART VERY CLEANED AND COMPY BED THE BEST & BEST STAFFS ..

    Terrible experience! Worst management and service. I have been staying here for a long time, but their new management is absolute trash. They have introduced a ridiculous rule that guests have to go downstairs themselves to collect their food or packages. If you are resting, busy, or not ready, they simply don't care—they expect you to run down for everything because they refuse to provide proper room service or bring things up. Some of the staff are extremely rude, unprofessional, and stubborn. For the price and standards you expect, this place is a complete disaster. I strongly advise everyone NOT to stay here. Save your money and mental peace, and book somewhere else!
