The hospitality is top notch, and the receptionist is friendly and helpful.
The stairs were narrow at some point and didn’t have rails to hold on to. Also, there’s no elevator.

Location is excellent, just 2 min walk from Tram, the hostess explained everything, very kind at every moment, answered any questions we had. We stayed at the third floor apartment (beware there is no elevator, though for us it wasn't very inconvenient) Apartment clean and so was the bathroom. Beds comfortables and wardrobes in both bedrooms. Plenty of markets around to buy anything you may need. Definitely would book it again if we come back to Istambul
For saying antyhing, TV's didn't work
