Location is excellent, just 2 min walk from Tram, the hostess explained everything, very kind at every moment, answered any questions we had. We stayed at the third floor apartment (beware there is no elevator, though for us it wasn't very inconvenient) Apartment clean and so was the bathroom. Beds comfortables and wardrobes in both bedrooms. Plenty of markets around to buy anything you may need. Definitely would book it again if we come back to Istambul

Lia was very nice & helped me. Generally it was very Central & the Metro is 5min walk. Good Rooms Good View.
Die Fenster waren undicht & Lärm, Kälte, Wind kam in die Zimmer rein.

It was family friendly. Very clean and located in a good location. Heating conditions were working. Staff were really accommodating and helpful in all the ways expected.
Tv were not working well.
